Junot Emerald Green – Women's Faux Fur Coat

Le Junot Vert Émeraude is a knee-length faux fur coat with a slightly flared cut. It plays on two greens: an olive green body, with a large turn-down collar and wide turned-back cuffs in deep emerald, cut from our Quivernay fur, a long-pile faux fur. Collar up, it wraps the neck up to the chin.

The body is a dense, luminous short-pile vegan fur, soft under the hand. At the collar and cuffs, the texture changes: the long, full pile lets the hand sink in. You feel the contrast as much as you see it. The satin lining, sewn in by hand stitch by stitch, glides over the arms. Le Junot is handcrafted in our atelier in Paris’s 11th arrondissement, from vegan fur on the roll: pattern-making, cutting, assembly, brushing and a check of every piece.

It goes from evenings out to the coldest days: a dinner, the theater, the holiday season. Two slanted pockets keep hands warm. Its two greens come into their own in evening light.
